BURY — Lancashire will play its first home game since Dec. 3 when it welcomes Bradford to Castle Leisure Centre on Saturday. Game time is set for 5:45 p.m. with LiveStats available from tipoff.

Following a 71-67 defeat at London last Sunday, the Spinners are in the midst of a three-game losing streak and hold a 4-9 record in National League play and are 5-13 overall. Lancashire, who committed 27 turnovers against Lituanica, is currently averaging 76.6 points on 41 percent (367-of-896) shooting.

Forward Mark Rangeley leads three Spinners scoring in double figure at 15.8 points per game on 42.6 percent (72-of-169) shooting and is converting 37.5 percent (33-of-88) of his 3-pointers. Rangeley is tied for second on the team in rebounding with 5.6 per game.

Guard Jack Hudson is coming off a season-high 25 points at London and has scored 20-plus points in three-straight games and on six occasions overall. Hudson is averaging 15.5 points per game on 42.3 percent (71-of-168) shooting and 5.6 rebounds per contest.

Forward Connor Murtagh has missed consecutive games, but remains Lancashire’s third leading scorer at 14.2 points per game whilst four other players are contributing over 6.2 points in league play. Murtagh is a doubt for Saturday as he continues to recover from injury.

The team’s leading rebounder, forward David Ulph, however, returned to the line-up in the loss at London after missing two games and finished with eight points on 3-of-6 shooting and 10 rebounds in 29 minutes.

Saturday marks the fourth meeting in 2016-17 between Lancashire and Bradford, and the eighth in the last three seasons. This will be the first at Castle Leisure Centre as all three previous games – all won by the Dragons — took place at Bradford College.

The Spinners are scoring well above their season average against Bradford at over 90 points per outing whilst the two teams have accounted for 589 total points through three games. Bradford is scoring 102.7 points against Lancashire in that stretch.

Bradford enters Saturday with an 8-7 mark in league play and an 11-10 record overall. Marcus Gooding is Bradford’s leading scorer at 25.6 points per game on 45.5 percent (120-of-264) shooting from the field and 43.3 percent (83-of-189) from 3-point land.

Rihards Sulcs and Ricky Fetske are averaging a combined 37.1 points per game for the Dragons.
