BURY SPINNERS U16s 95, MANCHESTER MAGIC II 45
Luc Baldwin and Callum Brady each scored 17 points, and five players finished in double-figures scoring for Bury in a 95-45 rout of Manchester Magic II on Saturday.
Rob Stansfield added 13 points whilst Joe Heyes and Sol Price combined for 22 for Bury, who continues its push for a regular season title.
The Spinners ran out to a 20-6 lead in the opening quarter, which expanded to 29 points at halftime, and they were in cruise control from there.

BURY SPINNERS U16s 94, TAMESIDE 56
Joshua McLaughlin scored 25 points and Callum Brady added 22 in Bury’s 94-56 victory over Tameside to set to up a winner take all title game against Liverpool Red next Saturday.
The Spinners, playing their second game in as many days, rested two starters with Mo Kourouni and Roqeeb Ogundipe getting extended minutes. The new additions made little change to their momentum as they scored 10-straight points in just two minutes without reply.
Bury’s ball movement created wide-open for Rob Stansfield and McLaughlin, who came off the bench to drop two corner 3-pointers. The Spinners showed little restraint in building a 47-25 halftime advantage.
Tameside responded and rallied within 56-45 two minutes into the third quarter, but Brady and Danny Marsh helped push the lead out to 16 points and the visitors never got any closer.

NEXT UP: The Bury U16s travel to Liverpool Red for the league title’s deciding game on March 4. Tipoff is 3 p.m. at Archbishop Beck Sports College. The Spinners need to win by four in order to seal the title.
